There’s really no way around it: you can’t think of the words classy, refined, and elegant without thinking of Hailey and Jonathan. This couple exudes confidence in their relationship, confidence in each other, and a refined, classy style to match. I’m talking, of course, about Scottsdale’s newest engaged couple in my workflow, in reference to their recent Early Spring Engagement Session at Gainey Ranch Golf Club in Scottsdale, AZ.

As a local to Scottsdale for most of my life, it was actually my first time to visit Gainey Ranch, and we explored a lot in the time I had together with Hailey and Jonathan. From the very beginning of the session, Jonathan had Hailey and I cracking up the entire time! Especially when I learned during a pose I call the “butt shelf”, he was attempting to hold Hailey up under her booty by interlocking his fingers – I was wondering why he told me that pose hurt.

Beyond the laughs we shared at their engagement session, there were also many romantic, intimate moments when I was posing them just by the way they looked at each other. The genuine connection was so endearing and love-filled. Their wedding will be held at The Wrigley Mansion this Fall and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to capture their black-tie affair.
