Several hours into their conversation, they realized this may be the start of something wonderful. During our client consult call, Kim was eager to tell me their love story, which is always one of my favorite things to hear from my clients. She mentioned the restaurants they loved to visit while dating, and how they tied into their proposal. I sat there on the call, soaking in their story, and excited to learn more about them.
The first time meeting in person, Jimmy told me he was present for photos because Kim wanted him present for photos. This is not uncommon, as most of my grooms aren’t the most excited participant of their engagement session. However, to Jimmy’s credit, he really opened up during the session and had even a little bit of fun!
It’s a joy to work with my couples prior to their wedding day because it gives me the opportunity to meet them in person and get to know their best poses and prompts. One spot in particular was super fun to work with, and the architecture varied so much from the surrounding desert, we had a blast playing around with some new posing. Jimmy even scaled a wall for a couple of the shots!
Kim and Jimmy, I hope you love your final gallery and feel so loved when you look at these images. I cannot wait to capture your special day and think we will have such a fun time together… even you, Jimmy. 🙂
