With the cutest love story to be heard, Katie wooed me from the first moment we met on our consult call. Her long-distance love story to fiance Marc, living in North Dakota, is a delightful Bumble success story. As a fellow Bumble success couple with my husband, I took to the details in her story right away! Long distance for over a year, Marc was visiting Arizona for a long weekend, and the couple repeated an intimate weekend at the Omni Montelucia, where one of their most precious first dates took place. This weekend is when Marc proposed, and Omni went on to continue being one of the most important places in their legacy.

The Omni is also where we shot Katie and Marc’s Engagement Session. Dressed in a light gold silk dress, layered Kendra Scott bracelets, and nude heels, Katie looked sublime from the get-go. Marc was dressed to impress as well, and they looked absolutely stunning. Laughing and shooting together proved to be an easy connection, and so much fun to do!

As a fellow couple who loved a good “butt shelf” pose, I knew our tastes were similar. Butt shelf continues to be my absolute favorite pose, and anyone who has shot with me previously knows this! Katie and Marc also extended me incredible grace allowing me to use them as models for my first roll of medium format film. I’m so thankful for this amazing couple letting me grow with them as an artist!
