I still say Elliot’s dad said it best when he said, “oh, she’ll tell you who’s in charge!” regarding his one-year-old daughter. Elliot definitely wanted to be in charge of the session, especially once she warmed up at the end and had all kinds of ideas about how quickly and where she wanted to walk! But don’t let that statement fool you, Elliot was a ham and had all kinds of fun in front of the camera! She loved having her photo taken and made the most adorable faces and expressions for me to capture.
Meeting the Loverine family was such a pleasure – I had the opportunity to connect with Erika and Michael first, as the couple who booked me, then also with Anna and Krystal as well, Erika’s mom and sister who joined us for the session.
Amid natural landscape dreams and large boulders, we got to fit in a couple of sublocations around the North Scottsdale desert, and it was a dream to photograph! While there, we joked and laughed together, and everyone took turns chasing Elliot around. Honestly, the little girl did amazing! It was such a pleasure to be behind the camera capturing sweet memories for the Loverine family!
The navy and burnt orange hues fit right in amidst the fall landscape and large desert areas. The bow in Elliot’s hair was especially sweet, and her tights, I mean, I could have melted! Just the sweetest, most thoughtful look the family put into their outfits and I loved being part of it. Loverine family, I hope you love your photos and cannot wait to deliver the full gallery to you!
